How You'll Make an Impact

Endor Labs’ Revenue Operations is at the heart of our multidisciplinary go-to-market organization. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day management of our Salesforce environment and play a central role in enabling our go-to-market operations. Extending beyond just technical administration, we will look to your Salesforce expertise and understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes to solve practical GTM challenges.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, collaborates well cross-functionally, and is eager to expand their skills beyond Salesforce and CRM.

  • Be our primary Salesforce administrator, managing configuration, automation, security, data quality, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Serve as Endor Labs’ internal Salesforce subject matter expert, acting as a business partner to our Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Success teams
  • Own CRM data hygiene, ensure data integrity, user adoption, and documentation of processes
  • Support integration and adoption of other GTM tools (e.g., Apollo, CPQ, MAP, Gong, Clari, Clay, etc)
  • Partner with other Revenue Operations team members to evaluate and optimize processes across our GTM teams
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline, forecast, and customer health
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues for end users
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and execute on improvements
What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation including flows, validation rules, page layouts, production/sandbox processes, and profiles and permissions management
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes including lead routing and management, opportunity stages, forecasting, and renewal/upsell processes
  • Comfortable working with integrations and related sales tech stack
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate sales needs into system solutions
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
