Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of recruiting activities, including research, networking, referrals, and internet-based searches to identify top talent.
• Pre-qualify candidates and conduct a large number of phone interviews to evaluate skills, employment background, and qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture, values, and job requirements to ensure accurate candidate matching.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, supervision, and/or customer service.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a focus on driving results and achieving excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
