About the Role

As a Quality Manager at Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all installation projects meet the stringent requirements and specifications set forth by Amazon and other industry leaders. • Train and Support Site Managers: Train and mentor Site Managers and installation teams on customer-specific equipment and installation specifications, providing guidance on best practices to meet quality standards and avoid rework.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to review project drawings and ensure they align with customer specifications before and during installation, identifying and communicating discrepancies between project designs and client standards.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes: Develop, maintain, and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures to ensure project success, tracking project quality metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to project leadership.
