Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Service Specialist - Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to community pharmacies, helping them to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize their use of software systems, and enhance their overall operations. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Support: Assist pharmacies with resolving technical issues and optimizing their use of software systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Inbound Support Calls: Address incoming pharmacy inquiries regarding technical or account-related matters with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to check on pharmacies, offering additional support and addressing potential challenges proactively to prevent issues from arising.
• Software Optimization: Provide guidance and support to pharmacies on how to optimize their use of proprietary software systems, enhancing their workflow and patient care.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support interactions, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights to improve software systems and support processes.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active ND State Pharmacy Technician License.
• Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely with a strong ability to self-manage in a home office or quiet workspace.
• Computer Literacy: Advanced comfort with digital platforms and the ability to learn proprietary software systems quickly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, including a pleasant tone and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and proactive in resolving technical and workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications
