Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tutoring in AP-level math and science subjects to students in Massachusetts and around the world.
• Maintain an accurate calendar and ensure availability for at least five hours per week.
• Be within reasonable driving distance of our center in Lexington, Massachusetts, and be willing to work in-person.
• Engage with students, understand their needs, and tailor your teaching approach accordingly.
• Provide detailed notes after each session to track student progress.
• Communicate openly and regularly with the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A strong academic background in math and science, with a minimum of four years of college completed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships with students.
• Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to meeting your obligations.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to successfully complete a federal I-9 form and a national background check.
