Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
