Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to drive business transformation in the Ability Obtaining (TA) space. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including specialists, software developers, and business leaders, to define business processes and provide analytical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and offer scientific support.
• Influence code to analyze complex datasets and design, develop, and assess data changes to solve specific business issues.
• Build adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to facilitate client-facing reporting.
• Automate TA processes to streamline business operations.
• Communicate verbally or in writing to business clients/leadership to share insights and recommendations.
• Continuously monitor and improve data flow processes, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data warehousing.
• Prioritize and manage multiple related projects.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with AI/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and understanding of the boundaries that influence their performance.
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Degree and Relevant Experience

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
• Experience in a Machine Learning (ML) or data scientist role with a large technology organization.
