Join the World Wide Customer Trust Training Team as a Learning Experience Designer

Workwarp, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join the World Wide Customer Trust Training - Learning Experience Design (LXD) team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of learning professionals who are dedicated to creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that drive business results. You will work closely with stakeholders to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management will be essential in delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to drive on-the-job performance improvement.
  • Curriculum Maintenance: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that learning programs are up-to-date and effective.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Consulting: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, and contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates.
  • Project Management: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content.

About the Team

The World Wide Customer Trust Training - Learning Experience Design (LXD) team is a dynamic team of learning professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences. The team comprises LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work together to design and develop learning programs that drive business results. The team's primary responsibility is to create learning experiences that support associates and investigators during new hire, upskill, and other trainings.

We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and driving process improvements.
  • Skills: 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience and change management experience.
