About Amazon's Selling Partner Support Team

As a Korean Selling Partner Support Associate, you'll be part of a global team that's dedicated to providing operational support to selling partners who sell on Amazon stores. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve complex queries, build trust, and strengthen relationships. Your expertise and passion for customer service will have a direct impact on the experience of buyers and sellers at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to selling partners via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve complex queries from selling partners, leveraging strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Build trust and strengthen relationships with selling partners through empathy, active listening, and rapport building
  • Navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email
  • Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication
  • Consistently deliver on selling partner experience and efficiency goals
  • Maintain excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards
  • Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and a commitment to exceptional selling partner service
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation independently
  • Effectively communicate with other internal departments to jointly resolve inquiries and relay information to selling partners
  • Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, focusing on strengthening the team knowledge base to improve overall performance
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school graduate
  • Fluent in English and Korean language with written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%
  • High-speed internet with up to 10Mb download and 5Mb upload (hardwired to your computer via Ethernet Cable)
  • Dedicated private workspace, free of distractions and noise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience with 6 months+ working in a phone or chat B2B or technical customer service environment
  • Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail
