Key Responsibilities: Providing Quality Care and Companionship

• Communicate your availability to work with our Coordinator on a weekly basis or as required, ensuring seamless scheduling and client care.
• Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, promoting their dignity and well-being.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation, ensuring clients receive nutritious meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental conditions to our care team.
• Keep accurate records of your activities and client interactions, ensuring continuity of care.

Essential Qualifications: Experience, Skills, and Certifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of caregiving experience, with at least 6 months of experience caring for seniors or disabled adults.
• A valid California Driver's License and personal, reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Registration on the California State Registry or willingness to sign up.
• Strong sense of professionalism and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comply with all agency policies and procedures.
• 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Application

• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience.
