Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our applicants, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their application process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries.
- Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
- Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring seamless integration with our application programs.
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
- Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Staying up-to-date on all FORWARD application programs to provide excellent applicant support and identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to enhance our customer service experience.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
