About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities across our business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process improvements. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the future of our forecasting and estimating processes, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze business requirements and develop process improvements to enhance existing work processes
- Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, process streamlining, and automation
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
- Certification in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
