Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but not required. You will also need to have basic computer proficiency with relevant software, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
