Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our remote team, working on exciting projects that drive business growth and improve healthcare outcomes. As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies, lead analytics workstreams, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to shape the analytics strategy and address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric analysis.
• Own and manage analytics workstreams, leading analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses to drive business outcomes, using strong knowledge of algorithms and predictive models.
• Perform complex analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve business problems, leveraging expertise in data analysis and business acumen.
• Develop and deliver presentations and consultations to stakeholders, communicating analytics insights and recommendations.
• Utilize programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large datasets in various formats.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Analyst at CVS Health, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with SQL and data querying.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
