In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, such as clinical, operational, and financial teams, to support data-driven decision-making and optimize healthcare outcomes. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in healthcare economics and a passion for improving patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare economics data, providing insights on cost-effectiveness, resource utilization, and quality measures.

• Develop and implement models that help predict healthcare trends and financial outcomes.

• Support the development of business cases for healthcare initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cost-effective healthcare strategies.

• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

• Assist with healthcare budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Economics, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare economics, data analysis, or a related field.

• Proficiency in statistical tools and healthcare data management software.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets.

• Ability to communicate complex healthcare economics data to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in a remote or virtual team environment.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and policies is a plus.
