Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist Job

Woodside Health and Wellness is seeking licensed and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our growing clinical team in New Jersey. Job Description: As a Physical Therapist at Woodside Health and Wellness, you’ll assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in an outpatient, inpatient, or home health setting. You’ll use your clinical skills to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)

• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

• New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and limitations

• Design and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities

• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

• Track patient progress and adapt care plans as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, OT/PTA, and support staff
