What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential students

• Provide clear and accurate information on programs, tuition, and admission timelines

• Guide individuals through application steps, offering motivation and clarity

• Input and track interactions using CRM software

• Partner with the admissions and support teams to meet monthly goals

What You’ll Bring

• Must reside in or near Riverside, CA

• Strong people skills and a calm, engaging communication style

• Experience in student services, call centers, or other client-facing roles

• Comfortable using online tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)

• Reliable self-starter who thrives independently

Nice-to-Have

• Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)

• Familiarity with online learning systems

• Past remote or hybrid work experience
