Child and Family Therapist - New Jersey (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Child and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients across New Jersey. Job Description: As a Child and Family Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns affecting children, adolescents, and families. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

• Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license in New Jersey (Required)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to children and/or families

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills

• Must be able to work independently and manage caseload effectively

• Private, secure location for remote work

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with children and families

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Coordinate care with other providers when necessary

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or family systems approaches

• Participate in clinical meetings and supervision as needed

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
