About the Role

As a Fulfillment Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional sales and service skills. You'll be responsible for initiating transactions for Regions' products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers, and achieving or exceeding performance targets for quality assurance and efficiency. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opens and funds new accounts for customers via phone and internet channels
  • Provides excellent customer service and answers client questions within set standards
  • Provides customers with advice, guidance, and education on the full range of bank products and services Regions offers
  • Achieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance and efficiency
  • Utilizes inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationships
  • Completes all required documentation to process customer transactions
  • Follows through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints
  • Resolves issues promptly
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in customer service/sales
  • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
  • Ability to work under direct guidance
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in a contact center environment, banking, and/or finance. If you have a background in sales or customer service, you'll be well-suited for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Pay ranges: $36,500.00 - $40,000.00 USD (target information based on Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range)
  • Incentive pay plans: eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan
  • Benefits package: includes paid vacation/sick time, 401K with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, parental leave, employee assistance program, and associate volunteer program
