Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Florida-Based Remote SLP-CCC. This full-time and flexible schedule opportunity is designed for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with diverse needs. As a remote SLP, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while making a significant difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments and Develop Therapy Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each student's unique requirements.
• Deliver Virtual Speech Therapy Sessions: Deliver high-quality virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that students receive the support they need to achieve their communication goals.
• Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to align therapy goals with educational plans, ensuring that students receive comprehensive support.
• Regularly Assess and Document Student Progress: Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure that students meet their communication goals.
• Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on students' communication goals and strategies, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active SLP License in Florida: An active SLP license in Florida is required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): An ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Experience in a School-Based Setting: At least two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Virtual Therapy Platforms: Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology is required.
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
