We are seeking an experienced and motivated Entry-Level Microsoft Roundabout Server Farm Stock and Resource Expert to join our Cloud Infrastructure and Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Key Responsibilities

• Health and Safety Practices: Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
• Strategic Shift Management: Perform allocated tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work periods or critical situations, and seek guidance from management before proceeding with the next stage of a process.
• Inbound and Outbound Coordination: Perform data entry to record inbound and outbound packages, execute incoming/outgoing shipments as directed by management, and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Client Support: Maintain a customer-centric approach while completing tickets and assigned Stock and Resource Management (IAM) tasks, ensuring IAM tasks are completed accurately and meet organizational and industry standards and policies.
• Stock Management: Develop working knowledge of stock control and stock management practices and procedures, perform cycle reviews and data revisions to ensure all stock controls are met, and accommodate stock errors and report inconsistencies.
• Warranty Interaction Management: Connect with providers to initiate warranty claims when automation is not available, process failed seller equipment gadgets using online/different tools, including data processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Product Approval (RMA) gadgets.
• Information Bearing Device (DBD) Destruction: Perform destruction of information bearing devices (DBD) following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies as necessary.
• Procurement: Inform management of stock deficiencies and escalate any issues to management.
• Operational Excellence: Follow established processes to run tasks and ensure execution with consistency, precision, and efficiency of delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and track inventory and shipments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience with inventory management software.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in Inventory Management: Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a cloud infrastructure or data center environment.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and asset management, including cloud computing, storage, and networking.
• Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications or training in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management.
