Position Highlights

The System Administrator will manage Windows servers, networks, and security, and provide remote technical support to teams and clients in the U.S. Eastern time zone. Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and workstations.
• Manage domain controllers, network connectivity, and security protocols.
• Monitor and maintain cloud backup systems to ensure data availability.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Configure and manage firewalls, ports, and high-availability network setups.
• Assemble, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers and related hardware.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+) required for client and team interaction.
• 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022.
• Networking skills (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with domain environments and Active Directory.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability tools.
• Ability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
