About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving service problems, and providing timely solutions to customer queries via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns related to our services, providing the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Escalate complex customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and complete information using our communication methods, including email, chat, and social channels.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a customer service or banking environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and probing skills, with the ability to handle escalated situations and disputes.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
