About the Role: Counselor - Flexible Schedule

We're seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team in Olympia, WA. As a Counselor with a flexible schedule, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults, and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Our hybrid work model offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the option to spend time in our office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for clients with a range of mental health needs
• Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment, and participate in ongoing education and training
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington
• Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents
• Strong clinical skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical software
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment, including trauma-informed care
• Experience working with clients with complex or co-occurring mental health needs
