Experienced Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist for Remote Work Opportunity at $25/Hour

As a key member of our supply chain systems team, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management System, as well as acting as the local point of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:

• Contacting MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
• Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serving as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Supporting all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
• Maintaining LAN (Local) design
• Implementing all future releases of software
• Coordinating inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc. and reporting usage to MIS
• Supervising non-exempt staff
• Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Monitoring the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users
• Managing the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
• Managing and monitoring end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operational Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

• Project management experience (a plus)
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
