Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Defect Attorney to work remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Thorough Legal Research: Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
  • Draft Precise Legal Documents: Prepare motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Represent Clients Effectively: Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations, providing expert representation to our clients.
  • Manage a Diverse Caseload: Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
  • Collaborate with Clients and the Legal Team: Develop comprehensive legal strategies, working closely with clients and our team of attorneys.
  • Work Independently: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and anticipating work needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Florida Bar Membership: Active membership with the Florida Bar, in good standing.
  • Proven Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple cases and prioritizing tasks effectively.
