The Role: National Sales Specialist

As a National Sales Specialist at The Gaines Agency, you will play a critical role in helping families plan for their future by providing them with life insurance and financial services solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on leads generated through our state-of-the-art lead generation system, engage with potential clients virtually, and provide them with the guidance and support they need to make informed decisions about their financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through virtual meetings to understand their insurance and financial needs.
  • Provide personalized life insurance and financial services solutions to clients.
  • Utilize our lead generation system to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced professionals to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

While prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
