As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, developing predictive models, and communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth * Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * At least 6 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the advertising and marketing industry * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and R * Experience working with machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS and Snowflake * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices * Experience working with agile development methodologies
