Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As a remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients via telephone, email, and online platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, with the potential to work up to 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online platforms, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that clients receive prompt and efficient support.
  • Proactively identifying solutions to common client queries, providing clients with accurate and helpful information.
  • Adopting a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, working closely with clients to find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Providing specialized support to clients while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring that they have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Responding to client requests regarding their protection and copays, providing clear and concise information.
  • Serving clients promptly, ensuring that we build strong relationships with them.
  • Viewing every interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

We are currently recruiting candidates to work in the following areas:
  • Virtual Area - UT

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
  • Reside in the state of Utah.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices.
  • Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills.
  • Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed.
  • Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 2 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice.
  • Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours.

Preferred Capabilities

While not essential, the following preferred capabilities would be beneficial for this role:
  • 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working in a customer support or call center environment.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting guidelines for efficiency and quality.
  • Proven ability to work as a team member.
