Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
- Define metrics and lead the development of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our goals
- Analyze business issues and identify root causes, recommending solutions and setting meaningful expectations based on established success criteria and key metrics
- Assess proposed business cases for projects and initiatives, translating business requirements into strategies and aligning the team to the business strategy
- Identify and recommend the most suitable visualization tools and define application design based on client needs
- Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and client needs, developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices
- Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks, leading strategic community engagement and inclusion initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Wind current)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leaders
- Experience driving a team of analysts
