Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone and text, 3 days a week. As a key member of our team, you will manage a moderate call volume, respond to customer inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, while providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
  • Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot any issues and escalate when necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Administrative Tasks

  • Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
  • Respond to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple calls, emails, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with a high level of technical competence.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.

This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days.
