Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
In this exciting internship role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that will help you develop your skills in business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reporting and creating visualizations of data to help stakeholders easily reference and understand metrics
- Updating and cleaning up records/attributes/repository in the Salesforce platform
- Creating training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles (internal and client-facing) needed for self-service support
- Compiling and delivering meeting notes and user responses as needed
- Working on and presenting a special project to the larger Client Operations team
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, process improvement, and analytical problem-solving, and to learn new tools and software to perform day-to-day activities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing, or an equivalent area of study, and graduating by June 2026 or earlier
- Project management and process improvement knowledge, with the ability to create, modify, and document processes
- Ability to prioritize, possessing time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to learn new tools and software to perform day-to-day activities
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Trans Union offers a competitive salary for this role, with a pay range of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits to interns scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including:
