Key Responsibilities

  • Process various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews, and extract relevant data for entry into our electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to address questions, document issues, and ensure timely case resolution.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to determine next steps, identify missing information, and proactively reach out to clients via phone to obtain necessary details.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and reliable internet to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Thrive in a metrics-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and client coordination over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
