As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients navigating their fertility journeys. This role requires a unique blend of empathy, communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure seamless coordination between patients, physicians, and our team. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians to ensure process efficiency and a positive patient experience.
• Handle inbound calls from patients, listening attentively to their needs and concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details, to ensure seamless order processing.
• Escalate complex claims to Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Maintain 100% follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid CPhT license if residing in Arizona, or a valid MA Tech license (Preferred CPhT) if residing in Massachusetts.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.
• Reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) if working from home.

Residing within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts, is a requirement for this role.
