WE LOVE OUR WORK. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Consistently prepares hot or cold food selections to standards established by the Executive Chef.
- Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly.
- Assist in training of new Cooks.
- Must be able to stand for a full shift.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow team members.
- Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by you supervisor
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.
- One to three months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Apprentice for Certification preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment. Must be able to identify all products used in kitchen operation. Recognizes spoiled or questionable products. Ability to read, and comprehend and execute recipes.
