About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, LinkedIn, and display advertising
• Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing against ROI and KPIs to inform future marketing decisions
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights
• Design, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Create high-converting landing pages and optimize user experience to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
• Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to ensure seamless campaign execution

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a proven track record of success
• Highly creative with a talent for identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns
• Experience in content creation and management, with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, with a strong understanding of A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, including constraints and best practices
