Gaming Background is mandatory Role Summary: The Expert Data Labeler is an instrumental role focused on a mobile apps & games ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data, which directly impacts the performance of our models and the overall user experience. A successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex product goals into actionable insights. This role is a key investigator in the continuous quality improvement process for LLM Autoraters and a steward of modular quality checks.

Role Summary:

Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in data labeling for machine learning, with a clear understanding of how label quality, consistency, and edge-case handling directly impact model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Demonstrated ability to deeply comprehend complex product goals and translate them into actionable data labeling requirements. Proven proficiency in conducting research to identify patterns, solve data ambiguity, and propose effective data labeling solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. A track record of connecting data labeling efforts directly to measurable product outcomes or success metrics. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
