Job description
As an Insurance Agent Representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
- Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through specified carrier
- Assisting customers with selecting a plan
- Answering customer questions
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Keeping records confidential
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of payments.
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upsell if required.
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months Customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 30.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
