New Product Development Project Manager

Role Description

Currently, we are looking for a Senior New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager who will oversee and manage the operational aspects of medium-scale projects from initiation through implementation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management to ensure flawless project execution.
• Develop and maintain accurate project planning documentation for assigned projects, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies while providing transparent reporting to stakeholders in line with project governance.
• Communicate effectively across teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Perform other project-related duties as required.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute in non-project-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or comparable education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of PMO practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and proven ability to build interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus but not required.
