Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time

Salary: $600 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Rendering and BIM Modeling Specialist to support high-end visual and technical modeling needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Autodesk 3ds Max for photo-realistic rendering and BIM modeling software (such as Revit or ArchiCAD) for architectural visualization and data-driven modeling. This role involves transforming design concepts, floor plans, and architectural data into high-quality rendered images and structured BIM models. The position is remote and offers flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings using 3ds Max.

Create and manage BIM models using software such as Revit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

Interpret design briefs, architectural plans, and concept boards to produce high-quality visuals and structured models.

Apply lighting, textures, and materials for realistic visual output.

Revise and refine deliverables based on feedback while maintaining consistency and quality.

Maintain organized project files, render assets, and BIM documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in 3D rendering and BIM modeling, with a portfolio showcasing realistic visuals and structured architectural models.

Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona.

Experience with BIM platforms such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.

Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and architectural modeling standards.

Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
