Currently, we are looking to add a Power BI Developer to our team. This position could be fully remote.  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server databases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
• Optimize data models and DAX measures for enhanced performance.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
• Stay current with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI development
• Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in writing complex and efficient SQL queries
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and calculated columns
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights
• Experience with data visualization techniques and best practices
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Would be a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (e.g., SSAS, SSIS)
• Knowledge of M language for advanced data transformations in Power Query
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
