Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls through our VOIP telephone software to conduct surveys with respondents
• Clearly explain the purpose of the study, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Read computer-based scripted questions verbatim and accurately record respondents' answers into the computer program
• Clarify vague or unclear responses to ensure high-quality data collection
• Work independently in a quiet and distraction-free home environment to meet productivity and quality standards

About the Role

This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We provide paid training and flexible scheduling to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed in this role. Please note that this position does not involve any sales or telemarketing, and it is not commission-based. Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, NE, NM, OH, SC, or TX
• Have excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
• Be dependable, professional, and able to work independently in a home environment
• Have good computer skills and be comfortable using a web browser and software applications
• Have a quiet and distraction-free workspace in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Have a home computer (desktop or laptop), a web browser (such as Chrome or Firefox), and a personal mobile phone
• Have a webcam, microphone, and speakers for training and quality control purposes

We offer a competitive salary range of $10.00 to $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on your production and hours available to work.
