Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of project management including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support their business goals.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Establish project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may affect project outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings, providing updates on developments and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate project performance to implement improvements and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects with a focus on IT or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and generate actionable insights.
