Key Responsibilities
Strategic Tax Management: Lead the preparation and review of tax returns and planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities. Complex Projections: Prepare intricate tax projections and returns, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits. Financial Oversight: Review financial statements and perform essential accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Tax Research: Conduct detailed tax research to navigate complex regulations, responding to audits with precision and expertise. Client Engagement: Communicate proactively with clients, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor while leading department initiatives that enhance our service offerings. Leadership Development: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the tax division.
Qualifications
- Experience That Matters: 5-10+ years of relevant tax experience, with a strong background in high-net-worth and pass-through taxation. Looking for a true generalist with experience across multiple industries
- CPA Required: Hold a current CPA license to demonstrate your expertise and commitment.
- Research Proficiency: Strong research skills, with experience in RIA a plus, to effectively tackle complex tax scenarios.
