What You’ll Do

As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, working directly with both clients and candidates while running your own sales desk.

Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Prospecting and building new client relationships across high-growth industries

✨ Pitching, negotiating, and closing recruitment partnerships

✨ Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent with your clients

✨ Managing the full recruitment process from first call to final offer

✨ Becoming an expert in your market and building long-term partnerships
