Required Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for Apple products and a strong desire to share that passion with customers. Previous customer service experience preferred. Technical aptitude and a quick learner when it comes to new technology. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
