What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting the Registered Manager in the opening of a brand new, purpose-built 3-bed Children’s EBD home

* Driving quality, compliance, and person-centred care from day one

* Recruiting, mentoring, and developing your team

* Working closely with your Registered Manager to help shape the new home

* Becoming a key figure in the organisation’s expansion into children’s services

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience as a Deputy Manager in children’s residential care

* Strong background in supporting children with Emotional Behavioural needs and challenging behaviours

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements

* Strong leadership style with a hands-on approach

* Passionate about delivering high-quality, therapeutic and nurturing care
