Job Summary Orb recruitment are looking for C+E Drivers for tramping work at Doncaster iport You will

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and flatbed lorries, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients upon delivery.
• Assist with basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or troubleshooting as needed.

• Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record.

• Experience operating various types of vehicles, including vans and flatbed lorries.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment when required, assisting with loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong organisational skills to manage time efficiently during deliveries.
