Administrator (Remote) ID-2013 – Amazon Store

At 4G Water, we are looking for a full time Remote only Administrator (all IT and home office equipment will be supplied and internet paid for).

Hours of work are 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour lunch break at a time of your choice.

What you'll be doing;

* Providing a customer and staff centric service by taking customer and staff phone calls/emails & liaising with relevant individuals to ensure customer and staff queries are resolved. Escalate when required to management. Drive to promote a culture of high performance and excellence in line with our organisational values.

* Ensure all 4G Water policies, processes and procedures are adhered to.

* Schedule works and process orders into electronic jobsheets for the engineers. Update the client portals with reports. Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of goods. Administer purchase orders and schedule sub contractors during busy periods.

* Ensure month end checks are completed in time for monthly invoicing.

What we're looking for;

* Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent.

* Good planning and organisational skills.

* Previous Administration experience - previous use of a CRM would be advantagous (4G Water use Joblogic)

* A proactive approach

* A basic understanding of Microsoft programs
