We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can mirror our values. In this role you will be processing all our enquiries from our High Net Worth brokers, to ensure delivery of excellent customer service; whilst working alongside and supporting, our market underwriting team.If you are great at organising and able to prioritise your workload and have great communication skills, this a genuine opportunity to develop a career in Insurance.Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. • Assists other team members so that team and business objectives are achieved daily.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the customer’s needs and ensures they are met.
• Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers and enter enquiry data into underwriting and supporting systems.
• Carries out non routine duties as required by the wider ZPC team.
• Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately.
